Descubra Minho (translation: Discover Minho) is a family tour operator specialized in guided and self guided walking, cycling and donkey tours in Northern Portugal.
Descubra Minho started promoting Minho region, as the best place in Portugal for nature lovers but in the last years the company extend the offers to different parts of Portugal and Spain.
We love to share the green Minho region, Serra D’Arga hidden nature paradise or the secrets of Peneda – Gerês National Park.
Filipe Costinha and Agostinho Costinha created Descubra Minho in 2013 and opened the office in Montaria village on the foothills of Serra D’Arga Natural Park, hidden nature paradise in the district of Viana do Castelo.
Montaria is a hometown to Filipe and Agostinho. They grew up close to nature which has, in turn, led them to become rear nature lovers. Because of this, today, Descubra Minho loves to share with you the secret, hidden and unknown places in Serra D’Arga, in Minho region, in Peneda – Gerês National Park and in the Douro Valley, Northern Portugal.
Descubra Minho is an incoming Tour Operator that works all year round with small groups as well as solo travelers, couples and families.
Our focus is always the personal service even on self-guided tours making sure that every client is safe and enjoy the best of Northern Portugal!
