Monção is a fortified town from the 13rd century situated in Northern Portugal on the Portuguese Spanish border. Monção is a wine region, a land rich in history and traditions, where you can find the famous Alvarinho wine.

Together we will explore the vineyards of Monção while cycling through the region which is undoubtedly one of the most fun things to do while visiting Northern Portugal!
As you ride passing the vineyards, you will be amazed by this energizing and spectacular experience that is simply incomparable to any other.

We will ride 20 km at a casual pace and with regular stops, enjoying the scenery, visiting monuments and exploring family-owned wineries along the way.

One of the highlights of your day will be a picnic lunch by the river with local food and of course Alvarinho wine!
