Montaria village is located at the bottom of Serra D´Arga Natural Park, only 25 minutes from the city of Viana do Castelo and 1 hour from Porto or Vigo (Spain).

In Montaria we offer an easy 1 hour donkey walk. During the walk the kids from 3 years-old can ride the donkey while the adults can walk together to explore the countryside.

You will walk through Montaria village, through different kind of forests and you can learn about the local traditions, fauna and flora.
During the tour you can enjoy the great views over the terraced fields in the village.

Children can ride our donkeys (maximum 40kg) while the adults walk together to take photos and enjoy the experience. The walk is accompanied by an experienced local guide.
